What's in a name?

I love to eat and I have veganized a lot of my favourite things. Some successfully, some less successfully. And there are things that I really like, such as steak, but don't eat, because meat, but I also don't eat the meat substitutes generally. I have found through a lot of trial and error that I do not like vegan sausages. Vegan mock meats tend to have this very weird smell to them that I find really gross. I don't know what it is but most have turned my stomach. The exception? Veg chicken nuggets. They taste exactly like chicken nuggets. It's weird but true. Or vegan cheese. I am sorry to say that I just am not a fan of Daiya, it also has a weird smell and the texture when heated turns my stomach. On the other hand Culchered smoky cheddar and Zengarry  cheeses generally are great substitutes to put in pasta or on toast. But nothing is the same as a really good cheese.
